These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Party Bot in Discord servers. By inviting Party Bot, using its slash commands, using its self-role or ticket tools, or interacting with its moderation features, you agree to these terms.
1. What Party Bot Does
Party Bot provides Discord server tools including chess games, bot-vs-bot chess training, moderation controls, ticket panels, self-assignable roles, server logs, uptime/version commands, and related dashboard features.
2. Server Owner Responsibility
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Party Bot is configured in their server. This includes moderation filters, ticket transcript channels, chess log channels, role panels, command permissions, and channel permissions.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Party Bot to harass, threaten, spam, or target other users.
- Do not use Party Bot to collect private information from users without a legitimate server purpose.
- Do not abuse tickets, chess commands, role menus, or moderation tools to disrupt a server.
- Do not attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with Party Bot or its dashboard.
4. Moderation and Logs
Party Bot may delete messages, timeout users, create logs, save ticket transcripts, and create chess records when those features are enabled by a server administrator. Server staff are responsible for telling their members how moderation and ticket logs are used in that server.
5. Chess and Training Features
Chess games, player records, resigned games, bot-vs-bot training, and learned move data are provided for entertainment and server activity. Party Bot may store game state, move history, results, and learning data so games and records can continue working after a restart.
6. Casino and Party Bucks
Casino games and Party Bucks are provided only for entertainment inside Discord. Party Bucks are fictional bot currency. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased from Party Bot, cannot be sold, cannot be transferred for real money, and cannot be redeemed for prizes, goods, services, cryptocurrency, or anything else of real-world value.
7. Availability
Party Bot is provided as-is. The bot may be offline, restarted, updated, rate-limited, or unavailable at times. Features may change as the bot is improved.
8. Removal From a Server
A server owner or administrator may remove Party Bot from their server at any time through Discord. The bot owner may also disable access to Party Bot for servers that abuse the bot or violate these terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when Party Bot changes. Continued use of Party Bot after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Privacy
Party Bot's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
